Middle States Commission (MSA-CESS) is recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education as a reliable authority as to the quality of education or training provided by the postsecondary vocational education and nurse education institutions it accredits. Therefore, accredited postsecondary, non-degree-granting career and technical institutions may use their Middle States accreditation to establish eligibility to participate in federal Title IV student loan programs for adult students.
