Excel Education Systems is Systems (District) accredited by Cognia the parent organization of The North Central Association CASI, the Southern Association of Colleges and School CASI, and the Northwest Accrediting Commission.

Excel Education Systems School District K-12 component schools are accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Excel is very excited to work with MSA toward accrediting our K-12 schools. Please see MSA-CESS for more details. The most recent MSA-CESS accreditation commission report can be downloaded here.

The Middle States Association Commission on Secondary Schools is an accrediting agency for secondary and post-secondary non-degree granting schools located inside or outside the United States, including but not limited to its states, commonwealths, and territories” The Commission on Secondary Schools is recognized by the State and U.S. Department of Education as a gatekeeper for eligibility for Title IV funding for postsecondary, non-degree-granting institutions and distance education throughout the United States.

Excel Education Systems Post-Secondary Accreditation 

Washington Technical Institute is regionally accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and is recognized by CHEA and the US Department of Education.

The Middle States Commission on Secondary Schools (MSA-CESS) is recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education as a reliable authority as to the quality of education or training provided by the postsecondary vocational education and nurse education institutions it accredits. Therefore, accredited postsecondary, non-degree granting career and technical institutions may use their Middle States accreditation to establish eligibility to participate in federal Title IV student loan programs for adult students.

Washington Technical Institute is licensed by the Minnesota Office of Higher Education as a post-secondary institution.

Excel Education Systems is an approved course provider have met a minimum qualification and assurances to meet Washington state learning requirements WAC 392-502.

The Texas Private School Accreditation Commission (TEPSAC) helps ensure quality in private schools by monitoring and approving organizations that accredit the various non-public elementary and secondary educational institutions in the state of Texas.

Many of Excel's courses have been reviewed and approved by the University of California A-G Course List to meet California standards.

Excel High School is recognized by the Virginia Department of Education as an accredited non-public school. EHS has been continuously recognized by the Virginia Council for Private Education (VCPE) as an accredited private school since 2013.
